Economics and low institute, economic faculty, “Macroeconomics, Economic information technology and statistics” chair of the East-Siberian state technological university, Statistics, data analysis and demography department of the economic faculty of the State University – Higher school of economics hold international scientific and practical conference “Transformation of Social and Economic Space” on the 16th-19th of September 2010 in the context of the Baikal Economic Readings.

Basic lines of the conference

1. Methodology of transformation process research:
   • conceptional approaches to the transformation processes research;
   • research methodology of infrastructural basis, investment and innovation parts of the territory development;
   • cognitive analysis of social and economic processes.
2. Institutional basis of state regulation of social and economic processes:
   • research of institutional changes in transformed social and economic systems;
   • state regulation of the territories social and economic development;
   • financial systems in transformation processes of economy.
3. 3. Analytic maintenance of monitoring, making models and the forecasts of transformation processes in post crisis period:
   • research of transformation processes peculiarities;
   • simulation and forecasting of social and demographic processes;
   • monitoring of the real economy sector modernization problems.

Place and terms of the conference

September 16th-19th , 2010. East-Siberian state technological university, the city of Ulan-Ude, Kluchevskaya street, 40. The lake Baikal, Republic of Buryatia. The arrival day – 15th of September. The first official day – 16th of September. The final day – 19th of September. The departure day – 20th of September.

The authors’ materials, applications for the participation (attachment 1), copies of the payment orders are received till the 1st of June, 2010.

Drawing up of the paper

An article amount – 3-6 full pages.
Text format A4, Microsoft Word. Margins: up, down, left, right – 2,5 cm, type – Times New Roman 12, spacing – single, arranging – in wide, paragraph space – 1,27.

The title of the article should be printed in capital semi bold type letters, annotation – in italic type, in the Russian and in the English languages, type – 10. References inside the text – in square brackets. The list of the used literature – at the end of the article. Universal decimal code (UDC) is compulsory (attachment 2).
The articles not meeting the given requirements are not published..

Organizational fees

Personal participation fee – 70 USD, including the conference materials, coffee-breaks, trip to the Baikal.
Organizational fee is taken till the 6th of September, 2010.
After this date the fee is increased to 140 USD.

The stay at the lake Baikal (recreation complex “Rovesnik”) is paid separately. From 90 to 180 USD depending on the room class (single, double, first-class rooms).

Collected articles block is paid separately – 15 USD.

Organizational fee for the correspondent participation – 15 USD, including publication and its delivery.

Payment confirmation guarantees the participation in the conference and the publication of the material. In case of additional acquisition collected articles block (for co-authors) – the fee is doubled. The payment should be done in non cash way or at any department of the RF Savings Bank.
